MISSION |

The Mission of the Williamson
Law Firm is to provide access to the courtrooms and civil
justice system for those who have suffered harm due to
the negligent acts and wrong doing of others, corporate
and individual. We strive to provide each client with
excellent legal representation and pursue each client’s
rights and remedies honestly, conscientiously and ethically. |

Our philosophy is that every
person living under the rights and privileges of our great
constitution are entitled to full access to our Courts,
a full measure of justice and equal treatment before the
bar of justice. Our duty as lawyers for the people is
to safeguard and ensure those rights. |

Having practiced law for
over 30 years and having served the Eight Circuit Court
District as both Circuit Court Judge and District Attorney,
Mr. Williamson is an “AV” rated attorney,
which is the highest rating established by Martindale
Hubbell’s Law Directory. This rating is only given
to attorneys and law firms that are considered by the
legal community to have a very high, preeminent, legal
ability and are thought to embrace very high professional
standards. Mr. Williamson holds a Senior counsel distinction
in the American College of Barristers, the highest distinction
accorded, and is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates
Forum. |
